This will help us be able to provide hay and farrier hoof trim on regular basis all year around. Our donations are not stable. We need some kind of stability with donations to be able to provide the basic needs horses need without added stress trying to support those horses all year this year on our income.
Please feel free to request to sponsor any horses here even if they already have sponsor. Having extra sponsor can help cover other expenses like annual vaccinations and dental and anything that they may need. Lots of our horses here currently are in senior age so often older horses need grain and supplement for extra nutrients.

Your donation will go toward to these essential expenses:
- Small square grass hay bales/120 bales per month/8 horses = $720 per month
- Hoof trims and Horseshoes (Farrier) Every 8 weeks = $50 per horse
- Annual Vaccinations 1x a year / 4 way vaccination and rabies = $89 per horse
- Dental Float 1x a year = $250 per horse

Can We volunteer at HOC Rose?
To be honest with you, we do not need volunteers here at HOC Rose because we are a very very very small sanctuary rescue. Our horses are mostly permanent residents living their life here.
If you are looking to want to help for few hours for a day from time to time, you can email me but I want to be very clear we are not looking for weekly committed volunteers.
If you are looking for more hand on with the horses and variety things to do, I encourage you to check bigger rescues, they will have those volunteer duties available for you to help them out.
